How to Volunteer

Over the course of the year, you may wish to volunteer as a driver for extra-curricular sport or join a classroom on a field trip as a chaperone.  In order to do so, a Criminal Record Check is needed prior to the excursion.  Please contact the office to obtain a copy of a Criminal Record Check ​volunteer letter of intent.   The following serves as a step-by-step guide for volunteering at St. Catherine:

Field Trip Chaperone Guidelines​

1. ​​Pick up a copy of the Criminal Record Check volunteer letter of intent from the school office
    
2. Take the letter with you to Regina Police Service
3. Present the Criminal Record Check to the school office prior to the excursion

Extra-Curricular Driver Guidelines​

1. ​​Pick up a copy of the Criminal Record Check volunteer letter of intent from the school office​​
    
2. Take the letter with you to Regina Police Service
3. Present the Criminal Record Check to the school office prior to the excursion
4. Fill out a Driver Authorization Form at the school office

Note:  Criminal Record Checks must be completed each school year.
